Delivery & Returns Policy
Nikki Giling delivers within the Netherlands, Europe and the rest of the world.
If we are unable to deliver to you we will contact you immediately through e-mail. A signature is required for all Nikki Giling deliveries outside of the Netherlands. You can instruct us to accept a third party signature e.g. work address or neighbour, however in these circumstances where we can provide proof of delivery, no liability of loss can be accepted by Nikki Giling.We are unable to leave packages in porches, sheds etc. without a signature.

€ 6,75 With track&trace number. Delivery within 1-3 working days
€17,50 With track&trace number. Delivery within 2-4 working days
€25,- With track&trace number. Delivery within 5-10 working days
Please return your unwanted items to us within 14 days of purchase in perfect, unused and saleable condition, complete with wrapping, with you order number and order date. We will give you a full refund or exchange. This will be processed within 10 working days.
If your item is faulty, please return it to us at the address below with an accompanying note describing the fault, where possible goods will be exchanged, if an exchange is not possible, or the fault has occurred due to wear, we will send the item to be repaired, you will recive an email from us noting which action will be taken.
Returns Postage cannot be refunded.
We recommend that you return goods via a recorded delivery service. We cannot be held liable for goods lost in transit. When we have received your return, your refund/exchange will be arranged.
Once the item(s) have been refunded you will receive a confirmation email from us.
