The making of Stars & Stripes

Today I visit the Wereld Wijven workshop in Dordrecht. I had a look at the production of the Stars & Stripes Pillows. Wereld Wijven is a sustainable project set up by Intermezzo in 2009. Four days a week there are working 20 women on different kind of interior products. The intention of the project is to find a modern form of traditional craftsmanship and improvement in women of different cultures. They work together with different kind of dutch designers and I am one of them. The pillows are looking great!
